Thoughts...

This past week, I was in Gatlingburg, TN, celebrating Christmas with extended family. But I also found time to sit back and relax, and think about the future and how I want to live. There are a few things I promised myself this week, but something that stuck out to me is how to treat people, specifically the male species. It was something that even today I found myself doing, and that is just talking or arguing with the guys around.

I want to have a marriage with my future husband to be so that when I'm old, in my 50's, 60's, 70's, I want to still love him just as much, and SHOW him that. Walking hand in hand in the park, him opening doors for me, making him dinner, helping him with projects, and a kiss every now and then.

I know that's something that every girl dreams about when she's young, and from what I have observed, it isn't very common, but I want that! It is possible, but it takes work and love from both sides of the relationship. I don't want to be hardened to my relationship that we ignore eachother or I yell at him, because he's going deaf and he feels like I nag him too much!

It is still a long way away from where I am right now, but it has been something on my mind lately, and it's never to early to start thinking about how I want to live my old, married life! This is also something that I can just work on now, with the guys in my life, and how I need to be treating them. But I do know one thing, I will be working on it!

Shamu!

My family and I went to Orlando yesterday, pretty much to go do some shopping, but we wanted to stop by SeaWorld before we headed home. They have some specials shows going on in the summer, and since the summer is getting close to over, we thought we should go.

We went to the night Shamu show, that's all we could see by the time we got there. The only complaint that I have is that, the music there was EXTREMELY loud, and it was hard on the ears, but the tricks that they did were much more elaborate than the normal Believe show.
When we finally got out of the stadium, it was around 10 PM and they were having their nightly fireworks show, which was very pretty. It ended our very long day, and we all had fun!

My Lonely Kitties

With the Woodard's gone for the week, we have some very, very lonely kitties. All Tuesday long, Roofie and Nutty slept. Nutty looked like he was dreaming most of the time, and would twitch or make noises, it was pretty cute. Roofie did come over and sit with us after a while, I think he just wanted some attention, and we were always willing to give him some!

Hopefully, once everybody has gotten back and life has returned to normal, they will stop walking around the house whining, (or meowing). Although, they are very sweet, when it's just us to give them attention. They don't have any evil boys picking them up and messing with them!

Review of my Weekend

It has been a very busy, exciting, and exhausting weekend. It's been non-stop, go, go go, but I like that! We had the Coffman's 50th Anniversary on Saturday night and that was a lot of fun! I didn't think I was going to be going at first, but Mrs. W needed help taking pictures, so I was glad to come! The church was decorated beautifully and it really made it look nice for them. Mrs. Haynes had us laughing because she was so worried her shoes didn't match, but yet they were fine and nobody noticed! Overall, that was a successful night, and we all were stuffed...at least I was!
Quick update on what's going on... The Woodard's are gone this week, well, Mrs. W hasn't left yet, but the rest have. It was soo weird today in the house, it was very quiet and we got to do a lot of what we wanted, which was nice! The cats know that something is up, because they come around a lot of just meow through the house... maybe it's because they're constantly hungry, but still. I made it through today, in my quietness, so only 4 more days and my life will finally be back to normal... it's been a while!

Jeremiah Tribute

I figured since the twins loved having Jeremiah around soo much, I would put some pictures of him, and the twins, and I'm sure he would appreciate it! He kept Brian out of trouble for a couple weeks, and gave Manda someone to clown around with....and he also was nice to have doing papers! Brian and Jeremiah are very much alike and it was fun to watch how they interacted! Brian's just a little Jeremiah... and it's VERY scary! I'm kidding... Jeremiah's a good guy...

Amanda and Jeremiah were constantly goofing around with the pretend punching, foot stomping, or Jeremiah chasing her while growling, they always had fun, and Amanda was continuously giggling!

I also think Andy really enjoyed having a guy buddy around, to joke around with and just be kinda stupid! Which was fine... because we always enjoyed getting a good laugh when they came up with some plan or just had a show for us to watch, like they did at Sarah's Graduation Party! It was quite something. Also, watching Jeremiah get frustrated with some things Andy said, or having to do papers... but I'm sure he really enjoyed being down here, somewhere inside of him! So, be safe, Sailor Boy!

Devil Ray's Game on June 2nd

My Family and I went to a Devil Rays Game last night, with the Woodards, and a couple of their friends. I had a very good time, but I got pretty cold by the end of the game...and on top of everything, we lost.

Before the game started, Brian, Dad, and I went to go see if we could get some autographs from Brendan Harris and Al Reyes before they had to leave to get ready for the game. We JUST made it, and Brian was very happy cause he got his baseball signed, and I pulled out the bandana that I got and they both signed it. It was really cool to meet them, and you feel like you really know that they're real, and at least Al Reyes is nice! Brendan Harris didn't say anything, so I don't really have a clear opinion. That made our night, and it's something we'll always remember!

Edwin Jackson started out pitching, and quite frankly, he stinks! (And doesn't try very hard) We went through 5 pitchers and yet, we still gave up 9 runs, while we only got 4. Brendan Harris hit a 3 run homer, and if we wouldn't have gotten that, we would have been in worse shape! Al Reyes did come through in the end, and didn't give up any runs and got us our free (non-exsistent) pizza!

My Silly Kitten

My sweet, little kitten, Hunter, last night, decided he was tired, and wanted to get away from Brian and Amanda, so he chose the pantry to take shelter in! He was looking at Amanda like she was crazy or something while I was taking the pictures. I just love his pose!

Busch Gardens Trip with My Grandparents!

We went to Busch Gardens on Thursday and had a pretty good time! It wasn't very crowded, so we got to do most of everything we wanted to, desite all the teenagers walking around. The weather was actually pretty nice for the end of May, and we weren't too hot, but we went on the river rapids twice and grandpa got soaked, so he was a little sticky.
